Last Sunday Natalie and I went to Spanish Mass at the Cathedral of Sevilla. It was surprisingly not too difficult to understand the priest. Too bad I don't know the Lord's prayer in Spanish. I was like.. I know this!! but I can't say it!! Anyway, the cathedral is so incredible inside and there is sooo much detail in the architecture it's unbelievable. After mass, we toured the rest of the cathedral-- which is enormous! (third largest Cathedral in the world!) I could barely get it all in my camera. Also, Cristobal Colon (Christopher Columbus) is buried in a tomb inside the cathedral! Unfortunately, we couldn't find it while we were there.. but if I find it I'll add it in here.. :) Here are some pics:-- sorry they are kind of dark
If Christopher Columbus discovered America, why can't you discover where his tomb is in 1 cathedral. Maybe he is in the cellar. Love your outfits!
ReplyDeletehe's actually half-buried in the cathedral and half-buried somewhere else.. and I forget where..
